What is ego? Can you define it? Perhaps it’s like pornography and the Supreme Court Case, so can you identify it if you see it? Can you see it in others? Can you see it within yourself?
If you can identify your own ego, you can then begin to realize that you are not your ego. You are that which observes the ego and much more. There’s a lot of power to this ability.
I still don’t completely grok it, but at times I feel as though I grasp it.
Regardless if you’re a pro or n00b to this whole ego identification game, this was my first exposure to this concept. I hope it helps you no matter what level you’re at. Consider it your Game Genie.
