How A Social Media Influencer Can Become An Actual University – A Fun Strategy

Phase 0: Pre-cursor

  • First, amass a large enough group of followers and supporters to your teachings by starting with one main, amazing topic
  • Start to train students to become teachers
  • Branch out to create new content from these teachers on the same topic, especially the highest achieving and motivated students
  • Provide additional tutoring support as additional forms of revenue, especially for those wanting to become teachers

Phase 1: Digital expansion

  • Provide an intense presence online through social media, news organizations and applications that spread the teachings and get people to love and support the content. Find improvements and ways to accelerate the rate of their learning and ability to complete courses
  • Utilize AI, NLP, pre-existing content, and insightful user backgrounds in a CRM to provide a personalized content based on the user.
  • Use mainstream communication methods to build communities around specific regions and for specific study areas
  • Start to place them into career interest groups and have specific capstone projects for them to complete that match current employer needs. Cross-promote and crowd-source key initiatives and projects to be worked on like:
    • In technology like cryptocurrency, blockchain asset management, and AI
    • In media production like music, movies, tv, news and marketing
    • In venture to work on investment theses to identify unique companies and emerging trends

Phase 2: Physical Expansion

  • Find specific co-working areas around the country and globe to be the hub and spoke locations for these community meet-ups, project collaboration, and share lessons learned.
  • As these communities get greater, start to rent or own specific property locations as scaling allows and offer these projects as part of the business capstone in real estate and architecture
  • Start creating entrepreneurial content and have their capstone be based on helping support the online community go through the program more effectively
    • Some of these ideas can be turned into full fledged companies post graduation and offered to the general public

Phase 3: Digital Pt 2

  • Create a unique reward mechanism to encourage and promote completing programs and classes, gamifying the experience with an internal reward system similar to cryptocurrency
    • This currency can be utilized for additional programs or accepted by the entrepreneurial alumni companies to support both parties

Phase 3: Physical Expansion Pt. 2

  • With the additional funds being generated, investment in local residential real estate is next to provide an AirBnB type service for students.
    • These apartments will be furnished with all the right living styles needed to maximize life while in the university and as more apartments get purchased, it creates more of a dorm-like community. Eventually entire buildings can be bought to be a true dorm/work building
    • These communities allow for new products and entrepreneurial companies that support the lifestyle to be developed in an internal accelerator and incubator online.

Phase 4: Accelerator/Incubator

  • As the demand for products and services of these hubs grow, new companies can be formed to take care of some of the biggest needs first–like lifestyle.
    • With enough support from the alumi and students as customers, these companies can successfully launch consumer products, wellness products, and any other aspect of life
  • These companies allow for the outside world to see just how impactful the program is and if a product resonates, they can purchase and help the startup grow.
  • This opens up additional continuing education, forums and discussions around forming and running companies and collaborations.
  • These companies directly serve the needs of the community to gain a beachhead and accept both regular currency and the cryptocurrency from both the students, alumni and others.
    • These companies also serve as an example of how effective the program is. From the way teams are formed to appropriate compensation, time off, health care, etc. the university can now start to bring in guest speaker program (in person and online) to show examples of how work life should be conducted and how companies should conduct themselves.

Phase 5: Production Studio

  • With companies being formed, real estate being purchased, currency being created, and more and more people joining the university through the app and others, it is time to evolve the entertainment media space in a big way.
  • Covering how these startups got their rise to fame, how the online communities are living, we can enter into mixed media through documentaries, cartoons and influencer videos that are distributed to our internal network and available on YouTube and such.  This documentation and creation allows the entertainment and educational industry to take note and want to understand more

Phase 6: University in brick and mortar

  • From this point and with the fact that alumni are continually encouraged to take more classes and certifications, the program will have enough people interested, the track record and resources in which it can merge all of this together to provide a full-fledged university that teaches history, science, technology, media, and business in person to augment their online education

Phase 7: Expanding

  • From there, satellite universities and communities emulating the process aforementioned can be launched until there is critical mass in each location at which point the alumni network can come together to take on more intensive tasks like launching a sports program and collaborating with universities overseas
