G22 – Morning Routine

How do you start your day?  Is it with an extra snooze that sends you into a chaotic rush to get out the door?  Or do you create a routine that sets you up properly for the day? One of the strongest ways I have found to start the day right is to create a routine that engages all aspects of life–all the chakras if you will.

It gets me going in every way in just about 20 minutes of waking up.  Most importantly, it gets me consciously aware of optimizing myself from the moment I wake up.
